A solid aluminum griddle plate that turns half your grill into a flat-top. This is what makes breakfast outside practical — eggs, pancakes, French toast, bacon, hash browns, none of which survive an open grate. It's equally good for smash burgers, cheesesteaks and anything that wants full contact with hot metal.
