Phoenix SDSCS Secondary Cooking Surface

A raised warming rack that adds a second tier of cooking space above the main grid. Useful in two ways: park finished food up top to hold it while the rest comes off, or use the gentler indirect heat up there for things that would scorch below — buns, sauced ribs, delicate vegetables.

On a 400 sq. in. grill, an extra shelf is the difference between cooking in two rounds and getting everything on at once. Fits all Phoenix grill models.
